When will you ship my order?

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

* We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the first carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited our warehouse.

 

What are your shipping time frames?

Delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days, and 7-15 business days internationally.

 

It’s possible to pay for import duties?

Import duties, taxes, and any extra fees, custom or back end charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may bring.

 

Will my parcel be delivered to my address?

Yes of course! Your parcel will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Depending on the country, you will be contacted by the courier when to deliver your package.

 

What if my country does not have a postcode or address?

All addresses are required to be written in English and have a valid postcode. If your address does not have a post, please enter the following in the postcode field: 00000.

 

What if I put the wrong address/name/phone number?

You need to contact us ASAP before we ship your order. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your details.

 

How do I return my order?

Send us an email to help@blkpanda.co or use the Contact Us page. One of our pandas will reply within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
